Posnet is an aesthetic and wellness business management platform operated by Posnet Technologies Ltd, registered in Nairobi, Kenya. We provide booking, point-of-sale, inventory and client management tools for clinics, spas and wellness centres across Africa.

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number and business details when you register or use our platform. When you process payments through Posnet we collect transaction data including payment method and amount. We also collect usage data automatically, such as pages visited, features used and device information, to help us improve the platform.
We use your information to provide and operate the Posnet platform, process your payments, send booking confirmations and reminders, provide customer support, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors such as Safaricom M-Pesa strictly to complete transactions you initiate.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we keep your data for 90 days to allow reactivation, after which it is securely deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting privacy@posnet.co.ke.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with industry-standard encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authorised Posnet staff on a need-to-know basis. We perform regular security audits and penetration tests.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@posnet.co.ke and we will respond within 14 days.
We may update this policy as our platform evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform before they take effect.
