By creating a Posnet account or using our platform in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Posnet on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Posnet provides software tools for managing aesthetic clinics, spas and wellness businesses. This includes appointment booking, point-of-sale, inventory management, client records, marketing and analytics. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own business operations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with unauthorised parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at security@posnet.co.ke.
Posnet subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except where required by Kenyan law. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain full access until then.
You own your business data. Posnet processes your data to provide the service and does not claim ownership of it. You can export your data at any time through the platform. If you delete your account, we will remove your data within 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use Posnet for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime and will provide advance notice of planned maintenance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our control, including network outages, natural disasters or third-party service failures.
Posnet's liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
